Upon approval, you will be required to pay:
First month’s rent.
Security deposit typically equal to one month’s rent, refundable if there are no damages or outstanding balances at move-out.

Rent payments can be made securely online through your tenant portal, allowing for convenient and timely payments each month.
Non-emergency requests: Submit a work order through the tenant portal.

Pet policies vary by property. If you have or are considering a pet, please contact us to confirm the pet policy for your rental. Pet deposits or fees may apply.
A 30-day written notice is required before moving out, even if your lease term is ending. This allows us to prepare for your departure and process necessary paperwork.
Security deposits are refunded within 30 days after move-out, assuming:
No damage present beyond normal wear and tear and all rent and fees are paid in full.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. A late fee of $10.00 will be applied daily to payments received after the grace period.
Adding a roommate requires prior approval. The new occupant must submit an application and pass our tenant screening process. Upon approval, lease documents will be updated accordingly.
Utility responsibilities are outlined in your lease agreement. In most cases, tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for electricity, water, gas, and other utilities. Renter’s insurance is required for all tenants and a copy must be sent to property management company.
